Richard is a decorated combat veteran, who served his country with distinction for over eight years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Casto founded our company on integrity and the simple premise to provide accurate, and non-biased fire and explosion investigations for the insurance industry. The speed at which we; respond to a scene, the client receives a verbal report and our final investigative report is unsurpassed.
